- I understand that reservations will not be placed on the calendar until payment is received.
- I also understand that once the reservation is processed, the fee is non-refundable, and the selected date will not be changed.
- I understand that if inclement weather requires the park to be closed prior to the start of the rental time I have the right to contact the office to identify an available date and change the reservation.
- I understand that if inclement weather occurs once the rental time has started, no refund or rescheduling will be allowed. Safety is the utmost priority. Therefore, if an emergency occurs on the scheduled date, such as inclement weather or power outage, I understand and agree that Management may close the park.
- I agree to enter and leave the venue within the times reserved in the agreement. I further understand that failure to leave the venue on time will result in additional fees.
- I agree to pay a $25 refundable cleaning deposit for each rental unit.
- I understand that the following are not allowed on park premises:
- Bouncers or inflatables
- Carnival rides (mechanical or electronic)
- Chairs or tables
- Horses (including ponies)
- Outside barbeque pits
- Pools or waterslides
- I understand that NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES may be sold at the park.
- I understand that generators are NOT ALLOWED to be plugged into facility outlets. Only basic electric services are provided at the pavilions. DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE DUE TO CUSTOMER OVERLOAD WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF REFUND.
- I understand and agree to the following:
- All participants must adhere to all posted rules and regulations.
- I am responsible for any vandalism, breakage or damage to the park’s facilities and equipment during the hours specified in the rental agreement.
- I take full responsibility for the observance of all rules and for any damage to the property or equipment and injuries that are caused by misuse.
- I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cameron County Drainage District No. 1- Cascade Park, its agents (security) and employees from all liability or damages resulting from use of the park facilities or during concerts, runs, walks, fund-raisers, tournaments, and festivals.
- I understand and agree to abide by all Cascade Park Splash Pad Rules and Regulations.
CASCADE PARK SPLASH PAD – RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Splash Pad is unsupervised and is intended for children under the age of 14.
- All children under the age of 10 must have adult supervision (18 or older).
- Babies and toddlers are required to wear swim diapers only. NO other diapering allowed.
- Appropriate swimwear must be worn. Bathing suits and t-shirts are appropriate swim wear.
- Children are NOT ALLOWED to swing, climb, hang, or pull on any Splash Pad equipment.
- NO running or rough play in the Splash Pad.
- NO food or drink allowed in the Splash Pad. There are designated areas for eating and picnicking.
- Absolutely NO GLASS of any kind is allowed in or near the Splash Pad or any other park area.
* Park patrons may be asked to leave if they possess GLASS BOTTLES. * - No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the Splash Pad area.
- No smoking allowed in or around the Splash Pad area.
- For your safety, the Splash Pad may be placed under video camera surveillance.
- The Splash Pad will NOT be reserved for parties. It operates on a first come, first served basis.
- I understand that the Cascade pool area is not for human or animal use. Park patrons may be asked to leave if any members of their party (adults, children, pets) fail to comply with this rule.
- I understand that I am responsible for general clean-up after the event. Trash must be placed in trash containers or removed before vacating the premises. I also agree to pay for all damage to property, trash pick-up and for any other charges that may be incurred as a direct result of their use.
- I understand the refundable fees must be requested within 7 days of the event. I will provide a copy of the contract at this time.
- I understand that Cameron County Drainage District No. 1 – Cascade Park reserves the right to stop and prohibit use at any time if any of the above rules are violated.
