The office is moving to a “paper free” environment. We are requesting all
subdivision and permit applications, as well as all accompanying documentation be
submitted via email to info@ccdd1.org. Once all paperwork is submitted, you may
contact our office to submit payment via phone or in person if paying with a check.
Once all paperwork and payment is received, we will forward the application to
our district engineer for review and/or approval.
Please note that the Approval Signature Block has been modified. All signature
requirements for the district should be changed from “Albert Barreda / General
Manager” to “Board Member / General Manager”
