The Board of Directors for Cameron County Drainage District #1 recently reviewed its fee structure
for subdivision applications and permits. The Board approved an increase in the subdivision
application fee effective October 1, 2024. The new fee will be $400. The fee for permit applications
will remain the same at this time.
Furthermore, the office will be moving to a “paper free” environment. We are requesting all
subdivision applications and permits be submitted via email to info@ccdd1.org. Once the
application is submitted, you may contact our office to submit your payment via phone. If you prefer
to submit a check to our office, please do so after submitting the application via email. Once the
application and payment has been received, we will forward the information to our district engineer
for review and/or approval.
